Featuring Charles M.Schulz iconic characters, the collection is bursting with imagination and great moments from the Peanuts comic strip, delivering fun for the wrist that’s guaranteed to being out people’s inner child.

With almost 18 000 strips, Peanuts is one of the most popular comic strips of all time and a staple in pop culture. Schulz’s stories blend childish concerns with adult realism to inspire generations with its much-loved Snoopy, Charlie Brown and Woodstock characters. Everyone can identify with or know at least one of the Peanuts gang – and that’s a huge part of its enduring appeal.


Swatch enjoyed every second of this collaboration from revisiting Peanuts comic strips to creating six designs that celebrate the loveable quirks and personalities of the gang. The watches arrive in sharp silhouettes and bright colors that are true to the brand’s DNA, but it’s the attention to detail that takes this collaboration to the next level. There are specific references to the Peanuts comic strip and witty that only reveal themselves upon closer inspection, such as the baseball and catcher glove on the First Base watch hands.

The Gent and New Gent glass and case are made from biosourced materials, while the silicone bracelet on each watch features the Peanuts logo on the loop. Each style comes in a specially designed packaging, and those tans collecting all six watches can get their hands on a bespoke frame to display all the watches together.

Two worlds collide on the watch face of the Grande Bracchetto as Snoopy stands next to the Swiss flag – a nod to Swatch’s roots. Snoopy dreams of going on many adventured, but never seems to get further than his doghouse. From astronaut Snoopy to chef Snoopy, the monochrome Gent watch strap captures many of his alter egos.

Lucy is a girl with big aspirations and an even bigger personality. With Klunk!, Swatch perfectly captures her sassy energy on a swing, ‘kicking’ the numbers on the dial and in an array of different situations on the strap. What’s more, the red and blue colors of the Gent and packaging reference the clothing worn by Lucy in the comic strip.

HeeHeeHee sees Snoopy dancing on the dial and a puzzled Woodstock on the strap. Swatch has taken a more minimalist approach with an almost entirely blue design punctuated with pops of monochrome and yellow detailing and is releasing this design as the iconic 210cm Maxi version.

Smak! New Gent is Swatch’s retro take on Peanuts from the 1960-70s era and features a complete comic strip with Lucy, Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Woodstock, Sally, Linus and his trusty blanket.

Calling all Charlie Brown fans, the bright yellow Pow Wow New Gent celebrates the clumsy nature and misfortune of this loveable character. Charlie Brown can be seen skateboarding on the dial while the black and white all over print on the strap presents his many baseball mishaps and guises.

The biggest running gag in Peanuts is the neighborhood’s dysfunctional baseball team, managed by Charlie Brown, First Base is a homage to the sport that brings the gang together with almost all the characters on the dial. And, Swatch couldn’t help but inject its signature witty touch with a catcher glove chasing a baseball on the watch hands.
